circulation of claims

Selling claims is one of the ways in which a creditor can recover the receivables from the debtors.

Selling claims allows a creditor to:
  1. include the difference between the value of receivables and the amount which he obtains from selling them into the yield
  2. avoid entering into legal and execution proceedings and bearing all the extra charges it entails
  3. liquidate his financial reserves
